From the first deposit to the open market.
Find your raise
Pick a coin before it exists. Check the quote asset, funding target, and permanent fee mode.
Take your share
Deposit SOL or USDC at the same price as everyone else. Add more or withdraw while the raise is open.
Watch it launch
When the raise fills, the coin is created on pump.fun and the entire bonding curve is bought. It then lists on PumpSwap.
Claim your tokens
After migration, claim the tokens your deposit bought. Hold them or trade on PumpSwap. The market takes it from here.
The PRE approach
A fair start.
Not a faster click.
Know the terms before you commit. A flat entry price, a transparent raise, and a share that is yours to claim.
Understand the mechanicsOne price. No head start.
Your allocation follows your deposit, not your timing. Everyone in the same raise pays the same average presale price.
Room to change your mind
Add to your position or withdraw part or all of it while the raise is open. Once the curve is bought, withdrawals close.
SOL or USDC
The creator picks one quote asset for the raise. No mixed-asset deposits, no arbitrary quote tokens.
A target set by the curve
The target comes from buying the full Pump curve, including its fees. It is calculated from the protocol, not typed in by the creator.
Creator or holder fees
Choose once: split collected creator fees 70/30 with the platform, or allocate the whole fee to current token holders.
A path to PumpSwap
The completed raise creates the coin, buys the curve, and migrates in a separate transaction. Claims open after migration.
Questions
Before you get in
PRE is the presale launchpad for pump.fun. The coin does not exist yet, and everyone deposits at the same price. When the raise fills, the coin is created, the entire bonding curve is bought, and it lists on PumpSwap. Depositors then claim the tokens their money bought. This preview is not connected to a PRE program or live raise index yet.
Yes. Within a raise, each depositor receives a proportional share of the tokens bought by the full raise. Depositing earlier does not change the presale price. The final token amount is calculated on chain and rounded down.
While the program status is Raising, you can withdraw part or all of your deposit. A full withdrawal also returns the SOL claim fee escrowed on your first deposit. Once the curve has been bought, withdrawals close. Claims open only after migration.
The reference protocol escrows 0.003 SOL on your first deposit to pay whoever delivers your tokens. Presale deposits and withdrawals have no additional trading fee, but Solana network fees still apply. Pump fees are included in the raise target. After launch, creator mode splits the collected creator fee 70% to the creator and 30% to the platform; holder mode allocates it to current holders with no platform cut.
A creator chooses one quote asset for the entire raise: SOL or the allowlisted USDC mint. Every deposit in that raise uses that same asset. USDC deposits still need some SOL for transaction fees and the first-deposit claim fee.
It is an approximate initial valuation when the coin reaches PumpSwap, not the amount each depositor pays and not a guaranteed future price. The actual opening market cap depends on curve reserves, fees, and market conditions. Trading is intended to open above the average presale price; the market can fall immediately afterward.
No. The reference protocol checks that the initial PumpSwap price is above the average presale price, but market prices can immediately fall, including to zero. The reference software is unaudited. A funded launch is not an investment guarantee.
